Four magnetic feet provide a strong and convenient attachment to compatible magnetic metal roof surfaces. The no-drill design makes the mount easy to install and remove for temporary vehicle-based Starlink Mini setups.
The sturdy aluminum alloy frame helps support and protect your Starlink Mini during travel and outdoor use, while the protective panel adds an extra layer of coverage around the dish.
Place the mount on a clean, flat, compatible magnetic metal surface, secure the Starlink Mini with the included hardware, and complete your setup without drilling permanent mounting holes into the vehicle roof.

The stated magnetic pull force refers to the combined magnetic holding force under suitable conditions. It is not a vehicle payload rating or a guarantee of safe operation at a specific driving speed.
Always check that the mount and Starlink Mini are properly secured before driving or using the setup in strong wind or severe weather.

Fitted this to the roof of my ute for a camping trip and it's been great so far. Easy to install and the magnets hold really well on a clean metal roof. Took it out on the highway and a few rough dirt tracks without any movement.
The cover fits pretty well, although there's a small gap in one corner that lets a bit of dust in. It also gets dirty fairly quickly on dusty tracks, so you'll need to give it a wipe down now and then.
Overall, a solid setup for camping and 4WD trips. Just make sure your roof is steel, as the magnets won't work on aluminium.
The design is straightforward and feels sturdy enough for outdoor use. Installation was fairly simple, and the magnetic mount holds well on metal surfaces. The protection cover is a nice touch, providing extra durability against the elements. However, it can be a bit bulky, which might be a concern for those with limited space. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to without any major issues.
Better quality than I expected. The screws and fittings made it easy to secure the two pieces together. I’ve had it on the ute at highway speeds in pretty windy conditions and it hasn’t moved at all. The Starlink Mini fits really well and definitely works better up on the roof than inside the vehicle. Really happy with it — well worth the money.
Would give it 3.5 stars if I could. It does the job well as a solid temporary mount for the car, but there are a couple of things I’d change.
I’m not a huge fan of the exposed underside or the supplied nuts and locking washers — I reckon Nyloc nuts would have been a better option.
The frame fits the Starlink Mini really well from underneath. The top section fits securely too, although there’s still a small visible gap once everything is tightened down.
The magnets feel very strong and I’d have no concerns using it on a steel roof. I’m planning to mount mine on the tonneau cover of my ute, so I’ll need to add a couple of steel strips first for the magnets to grab onto.
Overall, a solid and practical mount that does what it’s meant to do, with just a few small details that could be improved.

Very strong magnet. Easy right out of the box installation
Really impressed with this. It’s very well made and feels incredibly sturdy. The Mini just drops straight in and the cables run neatly through the back. It’s not waterproof, but the magnets are seriously strong. I’ve been using it on my car and it hasn’t moved at all. Great product.
